Add a request episodes option in the series page.

I propose adding a button within the actual series panel of a show that is already on a server. As an example, if I already have Rick and Morty on my server and I already have up to let's say season 8, but I do not have all of season 9 available just yet. The user could press a button in some form or fashion on the panel to request the newest episodes that are available based on information from Seer and any other metadata provider. This would reduce clicks and pages that the user would have to go through. Thus improving the user experience. This will particularly only be applied to series like anime, TV shows and cartoons. Not to movies. Obviously, you need to go look for those if you want the movie on the server.
