Jellyfin server are dinosaurs so they won't fix [this](https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-desktop/issues/1000) for another 20 years, I was hoping you can tweak this behaviour yourselves to fix this problem: - I set the Buffer target to 120 seconds - I watch a high bandwidth 4k video - I can see on my server PC that the jellyfin server uploads until the 120 seconds get send and then stops uploading. I keep playing. It doesn't start downloading again until it's too late and I am staring at the loading jelly screen. Is it possible to force the jellyfin server to keep buffering ahead of time? For example as soon as I played 50% of the 120 seconds buffer setting value, tell jellyfin sever to fetch another 60 seconds. Then when I'm 60 seconds away from the end of the buffer, fetch another 60 seconds etc. And please increase the max value to 240 seconds.
