Description
When configuring the Kids Mode exit PIN in JellyWatch on an NVIDIA Shield TV Pro, the PIN entry screen does not respond correctly to directional remote inputs.
The on-screen instructions indicate that Left/Right should navigate between digits, OK should select a digit, and Back should delete the previous digit.
However, Left/Right unexpectedly enters digits without changing the currently highlighted number. Additionally, pressing Back exits the PIN setup screen instead of deleting the previously entered digit.
Steps to reproduce
Open JellyWatch on an NVIDIA Shield TV Pro.
Setup new kids profile and go through the login and navigate to the Kids Mode exit PIN setup screen.
Press Up/Down to navigate between rows of numbers.
Press Left/Right to select another number within the current row.
Observe that a digit is entered instead of the selection moving.
Enter a few digits, then press Back to delete the previous digit.
Observe that the PIN setup screen closes instead and it goes back to the login setup screen.
Expected behaviour
Up/Down: Navigate between rows.
Left/Right: Navigate between digits within a row.
OK/Select: Confirm the highlighted digit.
Back: Delete the previously entered digit.
Actual behaviour
Up/Down: Works correctly.
Left/Right: Inserts digits while the highlighted number remains unchanged.
OK/Select: Works correctly.
Back: Exits the PIN setup screen rather than deleting a digit.
Environment
Device: NVIDIA Shield TV Pro
Remote: Official NVIDIA Shield remote
Operating system: Android TV
JellyWatch version: [Insert version]
Additional information
The issue prevents normal PIN configuration because certain digits cannot be selected using the D-pad.
