Uptime Kuma Integration
Uptime Kuma is a self-hosted uptime monitoring tool. JellyWatch integrates with it via Socket.IO to give you a live view of all your monitored services without leaving the app.
Features
- Monitor list — see all configured monitors with real-time UP/DOWN status, 24h uptime percentage, and average ping.
- Status pages — browse your public and private Uptime Kuma status pages.
- Maintenance windows — view active and scheduled maintenance entries.
- Pause / Resume — pause or resume any monitor directly from JellyWatch.
- Live heartbeats — real-time heartbeat updates via WebSocket.
- Filter — filter monitors by All / Up / Down.
Monitor Card Details
Each monitor card shows:

Full Setup
Open the Uptime Kuma web UI Navigate to
http://your-server-ip:3001in a browser. Log in with your admin account.Add Uptime Kuma to JellyWatch In JellyWatch go to Services → Add Service. Select type Uptime Kuma. Enter:
- Name: e.g. "Home Uptime Kuma"
- URL:
http://your-server-ip:3001(usehttps://if you have SSL) - Username: your Uptime Kuma username
- Password: your Uptime Kuma password Tap Test Connection → should say "Connected". Save.
Done! Uptime Kuma is now connected to JellyWatch/EmbyWatch!
Notes
- JellyWatch connects to Uptime Kuma via Socket.IO — no API key is required, only your login credentials.
- Works with Uptime Kuma v1.23+
- For remote access, use a VPN or reverse proxy — never expose your Uptime Kuma instance publicly without authentication
- The WebSocket connection for live heartbeats requires the server to be reachable from your device
Tabs
Monitors
The default tab. Shows all monitors with a summary bar (Up / Down / Total counts) and filter chips.
Status Pages
Lists all status pages configured in Uptime Kuma. Each entry shows the page title, slug, and whether it is public or private.
Maintenance
Lists all maintenance windows. Active maintenances are highlighted in amber. Each entry shows the title, description, strategy, and active state.
