In-App Support
JellyWatch has a built-in support system:
- Go to Settings → Support.
- Create a new support ticket describing your issue.
- You will receive a ticket ID for tracking.
- View your open tickets and responses in the Support Detail screen.
Community Support
- Join the JellyWatch community on Discord for real-time help.
- Link your Discord account in Settings → Discord Account Linking for premium verification and exclusive channels.
Providing Feedback
- Use the in-app support system for bug reports and feature requests.
- Include your JellyWatch version, Android version, and server version when reporting issues.
- Screenshots and reproduction steps help us resolve issues faster.
