In-App Support

JellyWatch has a built-in support system:

  1. Go to Settings → Support.
  2. Create a new support ticket describing your issue.
  3. You will receive a ticket ID for tracking.
  4. View your open tickets and responses in the Support Detail screen.

Community Support

  • Join the JellyWatch community on Discord for real-time help.
  • Link your Discord account in Settings → Discord Account Linking for premium verification and exclusive channels.

Providing Feedback

  • Use the in-app support system for bug reports and feature requests.
  • Include your JellyWatch version, Android version, and server version when reporting issues.
  • Screenshots and reproduction steps help us resolve issues faster.

View recent updates and new features in Settings → Changelog. Each release includes:
