Opening Settings
- TV: select Settings (gear) at the bottom of the sidebar. The page is a grid of tiles. Each tile opens a panel. Locked tiles show Customisation - Premium.
- Phone and tablet: open the Settings tab.
On a Kids profile, Settings asks for the parental PIN first.
If your profile belongs to a linked group, a banner at the top shows which account you are configuring. Select it to switch.

Phone and tablet settings
The Settings tab lists, from top to bottom:
- Your account (opens the account screen) and Who's watching?
- SocialWatch, Recommendations, Notifications and Connect my TV (hidden on Kids profiles)
- Premium, Watch Pass and Become a Supporter
- Playback: Playback, Skip Segments, Music, Subtitles, Home Assistant
- Interface: Appearance, and Interface (Search, Home Layout and Language)
- Gamification: Achievements
- My Downloads
- Storage: image cache, About and What's new
- Community & links: Discord, Reddit and the privacy policy
- Administration (admins only)
The phone Playback screen leaves out the TV-only options: Match frame rate, Match resolution, Sync playback to display, tunneled playback, Remote skip, HDMI audio priming and the per-codec passthrough switches. It adds Lock landscape in the player.
The Account screen has the server address, your username, Show Who's watching at launch, Backup & Restore, Copy Settings and Sign Out.
Notifications (phone and tablet)
Settings → Notifications has:
- Push notifications for SocialWatch: new followers, replies and reviews. Connect SocialWatch first.
- Available requests: a notification when a requested title is ready. Needs Premium and an active Watch Pass. See Requests.
Language
Settings → Language lists System default and 40 languages, each in its own script: Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu and Vietnamese. With System default, the app follows your device language and falls back to English if it is not supported. Changing the language restarts the screens.
