Overview
JellyWatch Player rewards what you do in the app. You earn XP, climb 10 levels, keep a watch streak, complete a daily challenge and unlock badges.
Open Achievements
- TV: select Achievements in the sidebar. The icon changes with your level: trophy at levels 1-2, star at 3-4, flame at 5-6, diamond at 7-9 and sparkles at 10.
- Phone and tablet: open the Library tab and select the Achievements tile, or go to Settings → Achievements.
The screen has two tabs: Achievements and Leaderboard. The header shows your level, your XP progress (Next level: … XP), and your Watch streak with your best streak.

Badges
Badges are grouped into Watching, Exploration, Social, Streak, Music, Reading and Secret. The list comes from the JellyWatch service, so it can grow over time. Examples:

Unlocks
When you unlock a badge, an Achievement Unlocked! banner appears above the current screen (not over the video player) and disappears on its own.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks people on your server by XP. People who turned achievements off do not appear.
Sync
Progress is stored on the JellyWatch service. The app loads it when you sign in and sends your progress after you watch. If the device is offline, it syncs when the connection returns. Reinstalling the app does not give XP twice for the same badge.
Settings
Settings → Achievements has two switches:
- Gamification: achievements, streaks and daily challenges. Turning it off hides the Achievements item and all unlock banners.
- Achievement notifications: show a notification when you unlock a badge.
Achievements are not available on Kids profiles.
