Is JellyWatch free?
Yes. JellyWatch is free to download and use with core features. A Premium upgrade is available that unlocks advanced features like widgets, multiple servers, notifications, device management, media playback, and session messaging.
Is JellyWatch available on iOS?
No. JellyWatch is currently Android only. There is no iOS version planned at this time.
Can I use JellyWatch with multiple servers?
Yes, with Premium. Free users can connect one server. Premium users can add unlimited servers and switch between them.
How do I get push notifications?
- Purchase Premium.
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Enable push notifications.
- Grant the Android notification permission.
My server shows as offline but it is running — why?
This usually means JellyWatch cannot reach your server. Check:
- Your server URL is correct and accessible from your current network.
- Port forwarding rules on your router (for remote access).
- Reverse proxy configuration (nginx / Caddy / Traefik).
- Self-signed certificate toggle (if applicable).
- Try the Dual URL feature to configure both local and external URLs.
How do I reset the app?
You can clear app data from Android Settings → Apps → JellyWatch → Clear Data. Alternatively, use Backup & Restore to save your settings before resetting.
